Interesting. I used to have some light sensitivity growing up. I have blue eyes, they say people with lighter eyes can be more prone to sensitivity. I haven’t had any real problems though until my emf sensitivity started though a few years ago.

I seem to be sensitive to all light, but mostly TVs or computer screens and sunlight.

May naturopath said that my light sensitivity was connected with my kidneys somehow, not sure how that works.

It seems to be getting better lately but I have to limit how much light. Sunlight seems to be the worst. I have been taking supplement for eyes and kidneys and eating lots of fruits and veggies. It does seem to come and go lately.

Eye doctor recommended polarized lenses so that seems to line up with what yall are saying here with the reflective lenses so I should get some for outside.

I use blue blocking glasses from time to time though I don’t notice much different unless they are very dark glasses as it seems its not just blue light I am having a problem with.

An infection does seem to be possible. Hopefully it will go away for good!
