The mouse I use is a Microsoft PS/2 ball mouse ("Intellimouse PS/2 Compatible").  The keyboard I use at home is an IBM Model M Space Saving Keyboard (which sells for outrageous prices on eBay, due to it's mechanical keyswitches).  The keyboard I use at work is an IBM Space Saver II keyboard (far less collectible).  

I've tried about 20 other mice and found them all less desirable (due to ES or ergonomics) than my 1990s mouse.  I seem to be less sensitive to keyboards.  But I've done a lot of heavy metal detox over the years, so I'm far less sensitive now than I used to be.

I don't believe I've tried any medical monitors.  I tried a hospital room TV set once, but rejected it due to poor picture quality (and it was probably hard to tolerate too, can't remember)
