What sort of mouse is it?   Have you tried a rollerball?  What sort of keyboard?  Mine are racid on an AM radio. All of them. I  foil tape the but it does not do much. Then I paint them but still not much better.
      I have permanent alerts on eBay for monitors but 12vDc is not listed and nor is watts.  Have you tried medical monitors? They are very low radiations as doctors wont let them selves be exposed to RFI shite as they do know what it does to health! Bleeding expensive though.
     Watts is a large part of the key to this. We could be saving the planet too.  Watts is the key to it all. Save energy. Save health. Save the climate future.
