Hey Luke here are a few more factors to look out for;

-Make sure your mains outlet is wired correctly with a receptacle tester (Some receptacles have a fake ground, some have phase inversion but both sill might work under certain circumstances) Be careful! Best to always cut the breaker b4 looking inside)
-Use a program like f.lux to filter excessive blue light (too much blue light could affect your sleep and I find bad sleep amplifies my symptoms/reactions)
-Spend some time with your comp while it is unplugged from the net and see if this makes any difference.  I too react from live Ethernet cables.   Some have found using a shielded Ethernet cable (Cat7) and a grounded router has made difference.
-I also have issues with my mouse.  Im thinking this is due to dirty electricity, if possible try to cut out all the bad offenders while you are working at the comp.  Turn off CFL/LED/Florescent lights, Plasma TVs, your fridge if possible, anything with a motor, unplug appliances / chargers/ AC to DC "wall warts". even your furnace HVAC can contribute.  Basically you need to at least test this excessively unplugged scenario once so you can try to encourage the most dramatic reduction of DE possible.
-I use a plastic keyboard (not aluminum) and I've added a ferrite bead to my mouse cable to try to cut back a bit of the high frequency crap coming down the mains/from the comp/from the Ethernet.  This helps a bit but is by no means the answer.  (Prob best bet is to try PS/2 ball mouse) (I haven't yet)
-Some have issues with intel processors...
-keep the computer as far away from you as possible, experiment with USB extension cables (15 ft) for both your keyboard and mouse along with an extension for your monitor.
-Never use any charging cables (or any cables for that matter) that are frayed/damaged.
-Make sure your power cables are not touching your USB/monitor cables and practice good cable management (velcro ties keep thing neat and separated)

The ultimate test would be a (rechargeable) battery powered computer setup, retrofitted to run on DC and completely "off the grid" with fiber-optic internet access.  I don't know if this would be the answer but at least it would allow us to narrow down the search.

Hope this helps man,

Cheers,

Don
