You sound like me, about 17 years ago.  Eventually I had to go on disability from work, and was out of the office for about a year.  Then gradually over a period of 3 years made my way back to full time.

I probably tried several hundred things over the years, but in the end I think only a few of those things really helped.

Some suggestions, based on what worked for me.

  1) EMF protection devices -- my success ratio was really low with these (like less then 10% of the things I tried), but
the ones that did help made a huge difference in my being able to work full time.  Brands to look at would be
Quantum Products (upgradingtechnology.com), Earthcalm, Pulsor, Advanced Tachyon Technologies,
      Terra Tachyon, Springlife Polarity.

   2) Computer settings -- I find that I do far better if I limit the resolution of the video output to the monitor,
and also lower the backlight settings on the monitor.  Also, swapping out with an older, low-tech mouse
(ball mouse) and keyboard (wired) can help.  Also plugging it all into a filtering power strip, and moving
everything as far away from you as possible.  Also, try getting the overhead florescent lights turned off
(at least the ones closest to where you spend the most time)

   3) Metal removal -- if you have metal dental work, go to a holistic dentist and get them safely removed and replaced
with something not metal (composite fillings, non-metal crowns and implants).  Minimize the metal on your body --
no eyeglasses with any metal in them, no car keys, spare change, belt buckles, etc.  Also avoid sitting/sleeping
on anything with metal in it (including metal springed mattresses).  If you've got metal in your body from past
surgeries, I don't know what can be done about that.

   3) Improve diet - Reduce junk food, increase "real food" -- non GMO, organic, grass fed, etc.  Also look at supplements
for whatever symptoms you have -- for me, I need a lot of digestive support, antioxidants, fatty acids, minerals,
vitamins, and things to improve alkalinity.

For me, the total solution consisted of lots of little changes.
