If I keep my hand on my mouse for too long I'll feel it but otherwise I'm not bothered by my keyboard or mouse or at least not that noticeably if anything. Though it would be good anyways just to get a safer mouse and keyboard. I'll probably save up a bit more and get it to see if it does anything for me and report back.
