I don't think a tower shield will help much.
You touch a keyboard and mouse, so the wires bring
the EMF to you and a keyboard and mouse can easily
radiate in a 1 meter radius depending on model.
Screens too of coarse.
You can check this with a suited AM radio.

Shielding is difficult and can make it feel even worse,
because the shielding acts as an antenna.
