My nutrell swill shield canlpy has saved my life.  I have been very ill for the last 2 months.  I actually got very slow thyroid, as my normal dossage of meds to control my graves is no longer required with all the time spend in bed under canopy.  Though as I get up and around again, less time in canopy and more exposure.  My thyroid will be overactive again and I will have to go back to the regular dose.

I know it makes for improvement and too much time spent out of bed is burning skin and more TIA's strokes.  I have the bed double as living room seating.  I work sleep and eat under the canopy.
