There's a lot of potassium in bananas, orange juice, avocados, potatoes, beans, edamame, tomatoes, yogurt, salmon and more.
For magnesium, we only need 400 mg to meet daily intake which can be found in nuts, leafy greens, bananas, kidney beans, black beans, whole wheat bread, lentils, oatmeal, quinoa, avocados, etc.
I still take supplements for both when I'm not getting enough through food. I'm just not that disciplined to eat the right thing all the time.
