i have found that water-based foods work best for me:  
fruits, vegetables - and lots of zero water as well.  
i add back liquid minerals but don’t drink tap water.
especially no chlorinated, fluoridated water -
both are poisons.
stacks of water in gallon jugs apparently blocks some radiation.
when i get dehydrated, i am especially vulnerable to EMF.
