I may not need it, I do eat some meat but this will be the first time getting tested for it

Maybe you already have enough if there is no difference. I go by trial and error, which is unfortunately costly, but it has worked to find a set of things that work that I take regularly.

I mostly notice more energy and less fatigue. If I wouldn't take it for 2-3 days it would come back.  I was vegetarian for quite a few years though, and in that time I believe the levels dropped, this is why I ended up trying it.

I haven't had much luck with Bluebonnet in general, but Jarrow has been pretty good, most of their stuff has been of good quality and made a difference for me.

I'm in Canada, so here we have other brands, we can't even buy those two brands in stores, only online.
