I just started taking it sublingually and it helped me, even though the test said I had plenty. That was a while ago though, I took some then I stopped, and now I'm happy that this iron supplement already has it.. It is very hard to absorb because it has big molecules.

Iron is also a hard one to absorb and most supplements hardly work.
