I did also, and the doctor said it was "normal".. but I got a copy of the report, and it was just barely above the low limit.
I took a vegetarian iron supplement and it helped a lot.
So, make sure you were not on the low end..
One thing to note, the supplement has B6 and B12 as well, which could also have helped.
