*EDIT**** I'm so nervous being on this computer that I didn't realize this is an old thread and already has 3 pages of responses!  But I'll leave this post up in case it helps anyone. **

For years every morning I'd wake  up feeling like I barely got any sleep.  These things greatly helped:

Moving bedrooms.  Dunno why, maybe that room had a lot of dirty electricity or something.  But when I walk into  my current bedroom, it doesn't immediately drain me anymore.

Removing all (or as much as I could) metal from my bedroom. I have a metal free mattress and boxspring now, and I even took out the ceiling fan.  Sleep greatly improved.

I double a "weighted wrap" over my hips at night; deep pressure calms your senses down and increase serotonin.  It's improved my sleep a lot also.

I also wear a set of orange goggles at sunset.  Orange takes out the blue in artificial lighting.  Then melatonin is allowed to produce.  Blue light (in all aritificial lighting) prevents melatonin from producing.

I also wear earplugs and an eyemask.

I also realized having my DOG in my bedroom (or anywhere near me throughout the day, for that  matter) was draining my energies.  He is an electromagnetic being, after all.

I also turn off the circuit breaker for my bedroom at night.

Hope this helps!! Let us know what works for you.  Best of luck!
