Mine is battery operated so I just pulled it off the wall and stuck it in the corner of my apt., as far away from my bed as possible.
I had my meter and decided to snoop around and I have a sound machine plugged in and it was reading off the roof. I suspect it may be the SSD sound card inside because the reading was just as high even when I unplugged it!
Since I don't use it anymore after getting an air purifier that acts as a white noise machine I put it back in it's box inside my hall closet.
