Are you connecting to the internet with an Ethernet cable? Have you turned off the internal wifi connection setting inside your computer and also inside your modem? If not, both of these will continue to strongly pulse trying to make a wireless connection even though you may be using a wired connection. I found this out the hard way.
Are you using a laptop or desktop computer? A laptop should be used only on battery mode and not while it's charging. I've found it helpful with both laptop and desktop computers to use a low EMF keyboard and mouse on a little TV-tray type table pushed as far back from the monitor as possible. I put aluminum foil over my modem which does make it heat up, but it's lasted through four years worth of this so far.
If you still feel horrid, give up computer usage for awhile and try to heal first. I have found a Trifield 100XE gauss meter for magnetic fields and a Gigahertz Solutions HF35C for RF measurements to be most helpful in shielding and finding safe spots. Do you have a "smart" digital electric meter? Are near a cell tower or neighbor with a DECT phone or wifi? Do you know the milligauss levels where you live? I used to live where there was a high magnetic field. Whenever the neighbor across the street spoke on his smartphone the ground currents carried the pulsing RF from his phone into my house which showed high reads on an HF35C. This was a 'sick' mystery which could only be solved with the meters.
Also, what bothers you may not bother me even though we're both ES. I have a ES friend who can use cell phones briefly but not a computer at all, while I am just the opposite. She also cannot hold an RF analyzer without immediate hand pain while I can do so for a fair amount of time before the pain sets in.

Frustration about length of recovery and worries about health side-effects. It's been a year since I realized I'm electro-hypersensitive and started reducing my exposure. I've gotten a lot better, but...
