I know what that's like.  At my old job one day, I had a new powerful and menacing wi-fi box sitting right next to me, an ugly sight.  Right away, I expressed my concerns to my boss and showed the medical findings on BioInitiative Report and provided her charts and graphs.  I was able to get an extra 2 or 3 years without wi-fi.  Then my boss's boss says we're having wi-fi and I have to sit right next to Pandora's Box and accept prolong exposure.  Something about beaning a cheaper alternative to cords, saving maybe $100.  I voted with my feet and left that job and they had to spend a small fortune to train a new hire.

My advice, to you, if working in a wi-fi environment, keep your distance from the box, more the better.
