At my workplace, I have a Quantum Pro, which helps with the florescent lights and computers, a Quantum power strip that I have the computer plugged into, and a Quantum Companion in my pocket.  There was a time that I couldn't tolerate my workplace at all (on leave for almost a year), but this product line got me back into the office.

Although if you've got someone who sits next to at work that uses a 4G LTE iPhone, then that's still problematic for me, but sometimes you can find yourself a desk that's away from that.
