I was thinking of getting a Quantum Home 3 pronged wall surge protector to use at work where my computer and network equipment are plugged in.
I have been feeling worse lately and it may be because the new manager installed a wireless router in her office which is about 12 feet from mine. She installed it because her cell phone wasn't getting a strong enough signal from the wireless router in the clubhouse which is around 50 feet from our offices.
I know it won't do anything for the wireless but I was hoping if the electric could be calmed down a little maybe I won't feel so bad.

The thing about the surge protectors is that I don't know if they open it up and install some of their own circuitry. If not, what exactly would make it do anything other than basic surge protection?

I don't know what to do about the wi-fi other than find a new job, which may or may not have the same issue in an office.
