I started sensing electrical buzzing during different times at home around when people in the neighborhood got electric vehicles (EV) (and installing level 2 chargers)

My understanding about EV(s) when they are charging is that they may use broadband over powerline (BPL) to communicate with the power co. In my case, BPL is not used in my neighborhood.
Also, EV charging does not necessarily pull a constant amount of electrical load from the power co. There could some sort of schedule where the EV will pull more electrical load during certain hours and less at other times.
Plus, I believe those level 2 chargers use 240-volt circuits.

Perhaps others on the board who are more familiar with EV(s) or who are in similar situation could comment?
