Has your electric utility begun using power line communication?  If so, do you know what type?  In the USA it is usually TWACS or Hunt Turtle TS2 type of power line communication (PLC).  I'm curious because I never had a problem with electrical devices until our electric company began to use that horrid technology.  It seems to energize the earth and I began to get shocked numerous times a day along with other maladies when it arrived to town.

Too much electrical current being supplied to a home? That's probably some sort of really dumb question but I was wondering if it's possible?

I have done everything in my home that's possible for me to do to eliminate or reduce my EMS and I'm still being actually shocked by my computer keyboard and mouse and my TV/Smart DVD player.

I can walk around my home and usually not be bothered but at times if I walk or am near an electrical outlet I can be shocked/burned (the sensation because there are no outward telltale signs). What's strange is that the too-much-electrical-current feeling doesn't happen all the time.

It just feels to me like too much electricity entering my home. Is that possible? Is it the same as "dirty electricity"?
