It is in German, and explains what to do.
It is no good in placing so many filters in the house, because so unwanted resonances may occur, which may disrupt electrican appliances.

First, one has to locate the sources of the dirty power, and resolve them.
For the rest, one can use filters, and normally 5 (=five) will do.

Be also aware, that the Stetzer stuff only works from 5kHz up to 150-200kHz.
On http://www.minderstraling.nl/Pagina050.html I have placed spectrumanalyses of the influence of Powerplugs. See figures 3 and 4. The dirty frequencies (green peaks) range from 5 kHz up to 20.000kHz or 20MHz.
