Seems like the response to these have been mixed.  Some people said
they reduced symptoms, some say they didn't.  Some said they made
things worse.  Apparently these should not be used if your outlets are
wired incorrectly, which you can test with an outlet tester.

The meter measures noise on the power lines, and you can reduce that
reading with other filters besides the Stetzer filters.
