and also UVA and UVB and for all the bad rap UV light has been given, it is essential for human health - in the eyes, where it hits the retina and activates the attached glands.

Wearing sunglasses all the time when outside is one of the worst things a person can do for their health. And the beneficial UV does not even go through window glass. There was a study long ago, just sitting outside for 1 hour a day, with no glasses, not even prescription lenses - reversed cancer in about a dozen people, except for the lady who misunderstood and didn't take off her RX glasses. Then, of course, requests for further funding were denied. Can't have a TOTALLY FREE cancer cure, no way.

I was trapped inside, behind my aluminum insulation shielding all summer in the windowless basement because of our asshole neighbors and I couldn't spend much time in the yard - I seriously need some light therapy.
