i tested a light box, but had the impression it's really bad for my eyes (worsened my night vision? not sure)

and yes for me LEDs probably bother me more than fluorescent-lights

i have an LED grow light, can't stand to be close to it

2 years ago when checking out laptops, i looked for a (second hand) non-LED-laptop, as i think the LED backlight affects me
