Hard to say... some people react to LEDs -- some even react to LEDs more than
they react to florescent lights!  Also, LEDs can have a very "blue" tint which can
make them hard on the eyes (a different problem than ES).  Although if the light
box makes use of blue, green, and red LEDs together so it is providing a real
"full spectrum" light, then it might be okay.
