Hi all

I am sure I am raising a topic which I am sure has been done to death on the forum in times past - so apologies at the outset for this - it is just I wouldn't know where to go for the previous posts on that in a hurry and I am in urgent need of good advice.

I have realised - after a relative pointed out the pattern to me - that aside from the ES I am also suffering from SAD - pretty badly at the moment to the point where daily life has ground to a total halt - I was just passing the lack or energy and the isolation etc as just ES - but I now realise that it is more than ES because I am not nearly as bad as this in the summer months. So I need to do something about this and fast - it seems like a light box is the way to go and was wondering are there any forum members who have suffered from SAD who have tried a light box? I am asking because I know that there is bound to be an ES interaction with using a light box - as in if the product isn't a good one for an ES sufferer it could make things worse - so i was wondering does anyone know if there is a make of light box an Esser could use - I'm in the UK so ideally a model I could order and use here would also be best]?? Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated - if people don't want to post directly on this feel free to email me
