Thanks Ellen,

That will give my brain a new angle to take a look at. Still I'm thinking of a team as my Asperger's type traits don't make me the best person to be the public interface. I'm more of a back room, let me wear tank tops and sweat pants type, and my mouth has a mind of it's own, sooner rather than later instantly alienating people.
