I don't use anything to shield my cellphone... for one, I am using a phone
that doesn't really bother me (far less bothersome than the current generation
of smart phones), and second, I hardly ever use it.  So I have zero symptoms
from my cellphone already.

Back when I was more sensitive (and was using a different a cellphone), I
used to use personal EMF protection devices with the phone, and I was
under the impression that it helped.  Those were things like the Quantum
Companion, a Springlife Polarizer, etc.
