Occasionally you will see someone posting that they experience
some symptom relief by using some kind of crystal/gemstone,
but you will also see people who notice no difference or have
adverse reactions.  So like all things, it's all very individual.

And I do see folks warn about these crystals "accumulating"
negative energy, so it may be that they help at first and
then start hurting.  Unless you take steps to "cleanse"
the crystals.  

But no, I don't have much experience with this, and most
of my experience has fallen into the "adverse reaction"
category.
