let me know, if anything from them helps as I havnt had time to really read  and try yet.
Just got results from DNA 23andme test so that takes a bit of concentration (did find that DNA showed what already found out, cant deal with folic acid (mandmade form) of folate.
Did find this on dealing with mold in body- http://www.drjohntafel.com/?page_id=617  Bind mycotoxins and protect your cells from damage:
1. For Polar Mycotoxins: (dissolve in water, not fat)
     A. Zeolite bentonite or an equivalent clay product: Effective in adsorbing polar mycotoxins, e.g. aflatoxins, fumonisins. Clinoptilolite is a natural zeolite well suited to bind mycotoxins, due to its large amount of pore spaces, large inner surface, ideal pore structure and high cation exchange capacity;
