This is why everyone should know about CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, the international cronies' regulation of herbs, vitamins & supplements down to tiny, ineffective doses. FDA, Health Canada, & many others, are beginning to follow their instructions, b/c it's a WTO initiative & it somehow supercedes national laws. <3

Hi Lynn

If you feel an infection is coming on, try some high strength echinacea if you can get it.  I constantly battle with sore throats and earache and so on.  Normally just one large dose of echinacea is enough to rally my immune system.  I feel that this is what produces these random symptoms, that the immune system is constantly under attack.

In UK echinacea has been regulated and now the dose is much weaker, the tincture is about the strongest I can find and thinking of ordering from overseas if I can. Take care.
