Hi everyone

On a similar note has anyone tried any of the Green 8 products? gilligan Joy mentions them on his site and I checked out their web site recently - some of the products are quite pricey but if they would help I would give them a go - just wondering whether any one on the forum has tried any of them and what they thought of them?

best
Steph

Thanks for sharing that Taliesen... It's great to get feedback from folks, what's working, what's not working...

I haven't tried any pendants, so I can't say if they help for me. I wish there was a quick fix for ES. I REALLY DO, but that appears very unlikely, as much as a cure. The reality is that we face ever increasing levels of radiation, so we've gotta get creative and come up with solutions that work. Not everything works for everybody either. That seems to be clear...

The Stetzer filters did help me somewhat, but I still have to avoid close proximity to computers and other electrical devices, especially when I was living in a rural home with TWACS on the electrical mains. My symptoms are delayed, so I found a Stetzer meter invaluable.

Grounding is best. I enjoyed what I call my "sand therapy" when I was living along the Oregon coast last summer. I'd soak my bare feet in the warm sand, walk along the beach. Ahhhh.... All those negative ions and grounding made me feel so much better... There are good reflexology benefits as well. At some point when I can get settled, I'm going to build a reflexology garden foot path, with various textures, for earth grounding exercise and to stimulate the meridians, and aromas and plants to stimulate the mind. Add a spiritual contemplation along the way, and you have body, mind, and spirit covered!  :-)

Hi All,
I have the Q-link and the EarthCalm.  While neither helped with MY E.S., I
don't think the people they help are necessarily experiencing a placebo
effect.

They aren't inert, at least not used in combination.  I already had the
Q-link when I got the earthcalm and when I put them on together, boy did I
feel awful and I was able to replicate this many  times..  they maybe be
helpful (just my hypothesis) for people who are NOT e.s. and want to help
prevent getting e.s., but I don't even know that they do that.

Interestingly, in the q-link, earthcalm category, about 2 weeks ago I got a
vitaplex pendant, hoping it might ameliorate some of the E.S. (for me, this
is feeling extremely overwhelmed with sensory input- light, sound, motion
and a general feeling of very extreme agitation and sleeplessness).

The vitaplex pendant did NOT, I repeat did NOT help with the E.S. in any
way whatsoever.  BUT, it did give me a small but real boost in energy and
mood (and having tried a ton of stuff and spent a ton of money, I think I
have an anti-placebo bias- I don't expect anything to work!).  so this has
been a happy and odd surprise.

There have only been 3 things that I found really helped with the E.S.
:
grounding pad- significant help, though by no means a cure,  I can use
electronics longer w/o symptoms,

high dose fish oil (really high dose- at a dose that would make it a blood
thinner, so you would DEFINITELY WANT TO CHECK WITH YOUR M.D. FIRST.  Fish
oil helps the cell membrane and for a lot of us, there is a cell membrane
problem and the threshold for neuronal firing is way too low.  In MY
experience, no other oils work for this purpose.)

Stetzer filters:  Subtle but real effect.  Even my totally non-e.s. husband
noticed it.  Makes whole house seem calmer.   If you are interested in the
Stetzer filters, I got them directly from Stetzer Electronics which is in
Minnesota or North Dakota or Wisconsin (lol) and I asked beforehand, if I
get too many, can I return some and they said yes.  I would put stetzer
filters (and fish oil) in a different category from the pendants, stickers,
even the earthing pads, because they use conventional science.

Stetzer filters were first called Graham-Stetzer filters, because they were
co-invented by a professor of electrical engineering (U.C. Berkeley) and an
electrician.  they take "dirty electricity" off household wires and don't
ask me what that means because I have no idea!  I just know that I find
them really helpful.

There are other places that sell the stetzer filters, but you have to buy a
set which may or may not have the number of filters you need.  (If you are
looking for extra ways to spend money, you can actually buy a meter which
tells you when you have enough  filters, but I just went by how I felt).

I don't have any affiliation with the vitaplex pendant, the Stetzer filter,
any maker or seller of fish oil  or any maker or seller of any of these
items!

Just trying to be of help to others who like me are trying to live in this
cellular/wifi/electrosmog world!

Taliesen

Finally just want to add,
