The intention of the phrase "identify as electro-sensitive" was to not discourage people who haven't been medically diagnosed as electro-sensitive from sharing their stories. We wanted to be clear that we didn't need a doctor's opinion to verify that one's symptoms are real and that genuine discomfort is occurring.
