Hi Laurie,
I'm not sure what to do about TWACS either... It's definitely a whammy, as in order to avoid higher levels of RF, you generally need to get further out in the country. TWACS is used now more in rural areas to conform to smart grids it appears.
I'm leaning towards going off-grid, and reports from some living in the Greenbank area indicate those off-grid are fairing better. I suppose it all depends on what you are sensitive to, eh? For me, it's more RF, but since I've seen signs that I'm also sensitive to TWACS, I'm paying attention. The longer that I remained in my job and living in the city around lots of RF, the worse I got. Avoiding RF has stablized me, and now I'm beginning to make some good progress by addressing nutritional and metabolic imbalances.
Stetzer filters did help in the house and improved my symptoms. I bet a filter on the mains before it comes into the house might help even better. There may be someone in the group who has worked with this that can help, but the info I've seen on this indicates the low frequency can't be filtered...
Having a power cut off switch to the bedroom would help I would think, reducing the exposure in the bedroom when you sleep...
Yes, we have a lot of smart and creative folks in this group! As time goes on, we are learning a lot more about ES and how to adapt... It's nice to know that people all around the world are working on this as well, eh?
Hang in there,
Tim

Hi Tim,
Thanks for this amazing revelation. I am speechless.
I am not sure what steps to take anymore.
But, I am grateful to know what is confronting us.
Someone HAS to figure out a way to shield from these frequencies.
(and people think a tin hat is zany!)
I imagine if there are any solutions we will hear about it here.
Thanks again for sharing...
Laurie

Is G3-PLC similar to or based on TWACS?
http://www.eiwellspring.org/smartmeter/TWACS.htmI had been staying this winter in a rural house that has TWACS, and I had a problem getting the electricity below 100 on a stetzer meter. That's after deploying all my stetzer filters (20) in the house and testing with most electrical devices off too. I'd see crazy spikes all the time...
I had no idea the house was connected to TWACS, as I tested the electric meter and found no RF. Thought I was safe, no Smart Meter. Then I noticed an odd electrical "buzzing" in my body, especially my legs when working in a small room in the house. The room was wired on all walls. I got my stetzer meter out and found readings of 200-300, so I knew something was going on in the wiring. RF in the house was less than .02 V/m at that point. So I started digging for info with the electric utility and found TWACS. The stetzer filters did bring the readings down considerably which helped a bit...
That's the general way I discovered my ES. It's usually a hidden source of radiation. Then I get delayed reactions, and I have to trace what I've been exposed to. It's been trial and error, cause and effect, always delayed by hours or days, making it challenging to trace and figure out.
So even though TWACS is not wireless, it may be just as bad as Smart Meters in that the house and neighborhood wiring can act as an antenna for RF, and you can't effectively filter the low frequency transmissions.
Makes me want to go off-grid... :-)
Tim

You may be experiencing problems from PLC (power line communication). G3-PLC uses 20KHz-500KHz fields. Really scary stuff!

Hard to describe, but makes me miserable, I feel like I'm plugged into a generator. Sleep is worse than before. People are calling them Trojan Horse meters, and believe they still have transmitting capabilities and emit radio frequency. I feel like I'm being cooked.
