Here's a connection to the "paranormal" info. If a house has high magnetic fields, spirits/ghosts can get trapped inside of these fields. Its like the pull is so strong, they can't get out- without help. This is why there is so much "paranormal" activity in houses with high emfs, especially high magnetic fields. So paranormal isn't all that hokey. Lizzie

It seems that it is used for paranormal investigations ..., but it only measures ac-magnetic fields and is far from sensitive.

Most meters on lessemf are pretty bad, even those that cost 1500 $.

The prices are also a bit steep.

Their gigahertz meters, renamed as "digital and professional combination meters" are fine but probably cheaper elsewhere, for instance at

http://www.slt.co/Products/EMFMeters/ ( one of the first hits on google ).

Anyway, at least you didn't pay much and that deluxe meter may be still be of some use, it will do something.

Otherwise send it back and order something else, like

shieldmaterial for your monitor :  http://www.lessemf.com/1210.pdf

or a shielded cap or gloves : http://www.lessemf.com/personal.html

or other great stuff they happen to have in their store.

Good luck, and keep shopping-carts in check !
