Hi Shan,
That's a tough question. I have
no experience with using grounding sheets and having roof top antennas.
The system I use is not plugged
into any outlet though, and I wonder if the EMF guy said this, because of radiation/RF
piggybacking on the wires to the house. This would be a factor when using those
bed grounding systems that plug into an outlet.
I do have the set up, using the
canopy and the bed grounding system, but there are factors here that make my
situation different from yours. There is no electricity hooked up where i sleep
and no roof top antennas-
And my bed grounding system uses
a 5 gal planter pot filled with soil, a copper rod, and alligator clips which
connect, one to the copper rod in the planter, and the other to the bottom of
the grounding sheet.
I simply don't know if his answer
is accurate or not.
I do wonder though, if using
those mylar camping blankets, aluminum side, facing the ceiling, would help
block the radiation coming from the rooftop antennas.

As for the grounding at the park.
here in upper michigan, we are in midst of a below zero cold snap..... I hug a
tree instead of
going barefoot. It does work,
especially if the trees are away from cell tower/ect.

Lizzie , would it be okay to use a grounding pad/sheet under the canopy? I have a canopy over my bed which helps a lot, but I was told by an EMF Mitigation Service Provider not to use a grounding pad/sheets etc in my house because every single room has a rooftop antennae beaming through the ceiling of it,some rooms have 2 of them. I was told not to use the grounding pad/sheet anywhere near RF Microwave Radiation as it attracts the radiation and if I am between the grounding pad/sheet and the radiation then the radiation will go right through me. But it is winter in Ottawa Canada where I live and walking barefoot outside is not an option.
I was wondering if I could use a grounding sheet or pad on my bed under the canopy as there would be no RF Microwave radiation there .......what do you think?
best wishes
Shan
