I would urge
caution on the paint. Many essers have found this made things worse. You end up
locking emfs inside the room.
As for the
canopy and using shielded fabric, I have used the canopy (I made my own out of
the High Performance Silver FAbric) I also urge caution. My daughter and I were
both ES. (she is no longer ES)
The canopy
works well, or did for us, as long as the person sleeping inside of the canopy,
isn't heavily irradiated.
Otherwise, the
body being RF'd, will also lock in the radiation to the sleep area.
Something not
often mentioned on this site, is that people who work/are around heavy cell
phone use/wifi...become a human cell tower, if you will.
One of the most
helpful things I have found to work for ES (besides nurturing the body with
essential nutrients and minerals and thyroid/adrenal support) ....is grounding
the body.
Finding a place
of nature and going barefoot and walking on the ground. A place that is very
low in cell towers/antennas and Light poles, ect and any things of electrical
nature. If it is too cold to go barefoot, hugging the trees in such a place is
also very helpful; although the barefoot grounding works better.

LessEMF.com sells a shielding paint you can apply to walls and doors. Might help but never used it myself. They also sell a light dury faraday canopy that would at least protect you while you sleep.
