well, i do have to say that i do not think that
there is magic in any one particular green...
that all greens are great detoxifiers...
chlorophyll is a marvelous detoxifier and the
fiber in the greens works well as a 'broom'
to escort toxins out. green juices are good,
but we also need the fiber. a lot of people
get well from a lot of conditions by ingesting
green smoothies. fruit + greens - and they
are highly delicious - they taste like the
fruit you use, not the greens.
