Do most in the ES/MCS community feel that having mercury dental fillings removed is a good idea? I actually have an initial consultation with an integrative/holistic dentist scheduled for Monday. Have a large crown on my front tooth and a few fillings. Not sure if these contain mercury but it just feels like something is not right in my mouth. Is there anything I need to take detox-wise after the removals?
