that IS a great article.
the only thing i wish is that they would always include
the food sources of those big long named nutrients
so that i wouldn't have to look them up.
i looked them up, so i will share what i found. looks
as if we need avocados, garlic, cabbage, cilantro, red
peppers, yogurt, egg yolks, onions, oats, wheat germ,
broccoli, brussels sprouts, sprouted lentils - i love
those little lentil sprouts! - whey, cottage cheese...
:) that's what i found. heartening, because that's
pretty much what i eat. :)
