Hi Folks,
My understanding was this:
in order to help repair the glutathione pathways,
cysteine and the omega 3's are needed.
An excellent source of cysteine is Whey Protein.
An excellent source of omega 3's, is salmon oil.
Mercola sells an organic Whey Protein shake powder, there are others who sell this.  Product purity will vary accordingto source.
www.vitalchoice.com sells Omega 3 salmon oil capsules
(and salmon too, that is checked for purity). Sulfur is also a necessary mineral in this healing and detox process. Now, it could well be, that those who find the above cause problems, may find taking effective Probiotics helpful. By effective, I mean the producthas to survive long enough in the digestive system, to work.  I took Probiotics (mercola's) every day, for over 2 years and then some. Seems tome, finding the source, the reason behind the "being intolerant" to mineral rich foodsshould be at the top of the list. Because this is a symptom, it is not the cause. It is asking the question: what else did mercury screw up in the body? And how todo I fix that?  Blessings, Lizzie

The problem is that many mercury-poisoned people

cannot eat many of the foods you've just listed, as

they become much worse.

These foods may be perfectly fine for healthy people

to eat, but mercury-poisoned people need to be

careful when trying anything new.
