I'll measure tomorrow. Had appts. Last night highest was in the front of the house inside. Measured the same signals I got in the house 2 blocks from a tower.
We had 2 hours w 0 spikes today, then it started back up. Spikes every 6 secs. then to .002 that we have all the time. It's something from a neighbor.
Odd, that I went to the store last night & got higher spikes everywhere. I hope they're not testing 5G.

Didn't say which kind of meter, and mW/m2 or V/m, but either way that is
not good.
Is it steady? or once per x seconds?
Can you walk around your property, or around the block, and tell which
direction the reading is stronger?
Is it nearest your house or theirs?
You may also get a bit of direction by holding the meter close, and
turning a 360 degree circle, and if using your body as a bit of shield
to block "that" direction, maybe holding a metal pan can enhance the effect.

Have you tried turning off the main circuit breaker to remove the
possibility the cause is in your house?

If you are measuring a steady 0.75 V/m I can see why the situation is dire.

Would need a Canary hotspotter or Cornet 15SA or Acoustimeter to measure
that in a quick and simple way. Or there are free apps nowdays to do
your own spectrum analysis, if you have a laptop with Wifi that can be
turned on for measuring purposes.
