keep in mind sometimes our bodies are so polluted we cannot help but have these negative thoughts..so keep this in mind as best you can..
our mind is overran with thoughts not even ours because of these toxins in our brain and gut (which are often one and the same)
i went through a lot of emotional issues when detoxing and still do, anger, regret, sadness, sense of loss, abandonement by friends and family. These are normal feelings and we have to as best we can grieve with them-the feelings and hope/pray that they too shall pass
