stefanie, i hope you will try kefir.
it has helped me a lot.
you can make it from milk (i use goat milk)
or from water and add fruit for flavor.
also, our bodies reflect our thoughts.

our thoughts can stress us out, all by themselves...
and we carry them with us, wherever we go...
until and unless we consciously let them go.
when i first discovered this fact, i sat on
my sofa all day long, releasing the past...
it helped significantly. i had less burden
to carry around on my shoulders. it's a bit like
spring cleaning of the clutter between
our ears and lightening our load... such a relief!
