I know some Singaporeans whose job is to install and maintain mobile
phone transmitters. They themselves tell me that after being on site
for an hour or so, they would feel aches for the rest of the day. No
protective on suit for them, unlike in Germany where such workers
work on these active transmitters looking like astronauts or firefighters.

I suppose providing protective suits would imply knowledge of harm,
besides increasing expenditure.
