thanks for the replies.I had the use of Lenovo Ideapad tablet (new) for a few days and i't made me sick. Unbelievably so. In the past I also tried Acer Netbook and found it very strong. Perhaps a Lenovo (love IBM) Netbook might be an answer.  I suppose I could try.  I can also look on their site for refurbished, I have done that before.  thank you for suggestion Marc.

We haven't seen too many reports on tablets here.  I do know
we've gotten two report that iPads didn't seem so bad
(one of those mine), but that's about it. 

You could also consider a smaller Netbook laptop if you are
trying to save space.  I bring a Lenovo Netbook with me
when I'm on travel.
