Kb,
I agree, I find reducing
exposures of wireless, dirty electricity, toxic foods, ect,
and shielding, nurturing,
and strenthening
the immune system by far,
the best ways to help with ES.
By immune system I
specifically mean both the adrenal glands and the
thyroid.
Interesting you should say
that. I also find applying drops of Iodine on my
neck/thyroid area helps
tremendously. As radiation studies from nuclear fall out-
(think Chernolby) have shown
increased thyroid cancers, and wireless radiation
IS radiation, I believe
radiation leaches or zaps Iodine from the body and especially
the thyroid area.
Did you know that: the
breasts are the largest storehouse in the body for Iodine,
when the thyroid runs low on
Iodine, it "borrows Iodine" from the breast. Usually
the Iodine is not
replaced...which is why I believe breast cancer is so prevalent
today.
I also find Magnesium
Chloride Oil, soaking my feet in it, also helps with both
radiation exposures and to
help balance the body's electrical system. Also I walk
barefoot most every day, in
a nearby park. This is an old fashioned park with hardly
any street lights. I bring a
spray bottle of water with added sea salt to it, and spray
my feet.
I read that the body that is
not grounded will be much more susceptible to other
emfs.
Blessings,
Lizzie

Subject: What works and what doesn't for me -- Re: [eSens] Re: New Member Bio--Gia/BioPro
Much as I would like such products to actually work, none of them so
far has ever. So, for prevention, it's back to avoidance, shielding
and grounding, besides strengthening your own system.
For recovery, dripping Magnascent (at least 5 drops depending on
severity) on the skin where my thymus is helps me to recover from
high RF exposure fast. As for the nerves around the head, I find
rubbing copious amount of Chinese medicated oil for wound healing
very effective.
