Hiya

I originally want to try the bed of needles mat for relaxation & pain relieve ( I don't have any but want to try for friends who have muscle pain) then I come across the russian applicator & rollers. They are used in hospitals & clinics & have lots of medical awards.

Here I just copied pasted what I saved in my files; it's 7am in morning I haven't slept yet, need to go to bed now.
