      Hi Alice,

where will you get the roller from?  I would like to try one of them too but the site I found just tells about them, and no place to order.

thanks

Aimee

Hi Lizzie

Thanks for your comments! This is the first time I heard about plastic coating on acupuncture needles!! It's most intriguing! All the time I thought acupuncture is best done or has to be done with metal needles to get good 'chi' effect. Regarding metal needling would cause blockages; there are so many things, new concepts that are not known!

If you can locate the source on metal needles & blockages, please let me know.

I had dozens of acupunture treatments before & they had helped tremenduously to relieve severe pain in my whole hand & back & improved my hormones. Since accupunture are not cheap, I can't afford to get treatments continuously for longer period.

I had bought couple of acupressure books, but my laziness & lack of perseverance stops me trying them. If I don't see result very quick, I give up very easily or would not even bother to try. So I am trying to find some methods which may work very quick & easy to do.

It seems Russia is much advanced in alternative therapies because of govt policy & support, that's why I am keen to try  Russian methods.

I think I will get one of the Lyapko roller to try as it's not expensive & easy to use.

blessings

alice
